Our landlord inventory price list covers unfurnished and furnished properties, with all prices exclusive of VAT. For larger portfolios or properties over 5 bedrooms, please contact us for a custom quote. A £15 surcharge applies to bookings within the SW1–SW10, W1–W14, WC1–WC2, N1–N8 and EC1–EC4 postcode districts.
